Teller/Customer Service Representative
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, process customer deposits, withdrawals, and payments
- Process customer requests for bank teller products and services; including cashier's checks, gift cards, cash advances
- Verify and maintain records of cash in and cash out; balance cash and other transactions
- Process and balance coin through the coin machine; bag coins for shipment
- Record night deposit transactions
- Handle all tasks associated with opening new personal and business deposit accounts
- Assist customers with opening safe deposit boxes
- Professionally respond to customer inquiries
- Promote bank and cross sell bank products and services
- Actively participate in community activities
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Credit Analyst
Job Summary
The Credit Analyst is an integral part of the lending team and the success of the lending process. The Credit Analyst is responsible for conducting credit analysis including: gathering, analyzing financial information, spreading financial statements and tax returns, and interpreting all types of credit information on existing and prospective customers and portfolios.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Spread and analyze financial statements and tax returns for new loan presentations. Analyze cash flow and prepare credit risk reviews for existing credit relationships
- Provide loan pricing recommendations, associated risk rating, and repayment structure on new loans. Determine collateral value and perfect security interests
- Perform analysis of borrower’s business and global cash flow
- Highlight the borrower’s key financial trends and ratios
- Prepare credit file content and organization to maintain compliance with bank policies and procedures
- Effectively coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks while working on loan pipeline
- Active in new business development
- Actively participate in community events and civic organizations
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and bank policies

Compliance Specialist
Job Summary
This position is responsible for performing all phases of the bank's compliance program, including planning, scoping, testing, documenting, and reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform all phases of bank compliance program, including planning, scoping, testing, documenting, and reporting. Ensure adherence with laws and regulatory standards
- Work with department managers to make improvements to systems in order to correct possible violations
- Effectively communicate findings and recommendations with department managers
- Research and monitor federal and state banking laws and regulations as well as regulatory best practices
- Track and distribute calendars of upcoming, policy, plan, and procedure reviews. Ensure reviews and updates are completed in a timely manner and reported to the Board of Directors
- Provide requested materials for external audit and regulatory examinations
- Conduct internal compliance training as needed
- File required compliance reports with regulatory agencies
- Review loan files for accuracy and completeness
- Review advertisements and new products to ensure compliance
- Supervise the bank's record retention and disposal program
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Accountant/Controller
Job Summary
Maintain the integrity and accuracy of bank's accounting and financial records, reporting financial performance to management and the Board of Directors. Actively review and analyze bank financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth. Manage Operations and Accounting areas of the bank.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage account reconciliation activities. Reconcile key general ledger accounts and internal depository accounts, resolving all discrepancies. Oversee delegated reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate completion, and resolution of outstanding items
- Develop annual operating budget/plan preparing monthly analysis of variances from the planned outcomes
- Review product and service offerings and pricing to ensure consistent and competitive offerings
- Manage and ensure compliance with all pledging and reporting requirements for public funds
- Manage the financial recording of bank investment transactions. Maintain documentation and approvals supporting all investment purchases and sales
- Manage/perform accounts payable function ensuring all expenses are correctly and consistently recorded
- Manage cash position of bank allocating position via fed funds or EBA investment
- Provide all financial information requested by external auditors and regulators in a timely manner
- Assist in the development and implementation of the bank-wide strategic plan
- Prepare and submit all regulatory reports
- Serve as member and secretary of bank's Asset-Liability Committee
- Review and update operational policies and procedures annually
- Actively participate in community activities and civic organizations
