Teller/Customer Service Representative
Full-Time
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, process customer deposits, withdrawals, and payments
- Process customer requests for bank teller products and services; including cashier’s checks, gift cards, cash advances
- Verify and maintain records of cash in and cash out; balance cash and other transactions
- Process and balance coin through the coin machine; bag coins for shipment
- Record night deposit transactions
- Handle all tasks associated with opening new personal and business deposit accounts
- Assist customers with opening safe deposit boxes
- Professionally respond to customer inquiries
- Promote bank and cross sell bank products and services
- Actively participate in community activities
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and bank policies and procedures

Human Resource Specialist
Part-Time to Full-Time
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare payroll data, analyze input, and submit for process
- Administer and maintain employee benefit programs such as retirement plans, health care plans, life insurance plans, disability programs, and 401(k)
- Maintain and reconcile PTO records
- Hire employees, screen resumes/applications, manage onboard and exit processes, and manage employee handbook
- Assure company compliance with provisions of employee retirement accounts
- Manage reports and applications required to be filed with federal and state agencies, such as IRS, and other regulatory agencies
- Process benefits inquiries and complaints to ensure resolution
- Stay apprised of federal, state, and local compensation, benefits, and wage and hour laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Maintain employee records
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and bank policies and procedures

Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field and/or a minimum of three years job-related experience
- Thorough knowledge of principles and practices in the Human Resources arena
- Superior written and verbal communication, with the ability to communicate in an objective manner
- Ability to negotiate conflict and maintain constructive working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization

Customer Relationship Manager

Job Summary
The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for building, developing, and managing new and existing relationships with business customers and delivering solutions that help build strong, long-term relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Thoroughly understand and maintain an in-depth knowledge of bank products and pricing in order to cross sell and grow customer relationships
- Educate clients on products and services, and recommend solutions based on each client’s individual goals and needs
- Develop and maintain calling program, identifying and developing business services/deposit sales opportunities while acting on and closing all leads generated internally and externally
- Field product and service calls, to assist, direct, and follow up on completion of customer’s needs
- Maintain and manage records for customers signing up for products and services, with current contracts, analysis, annual reviews, and commercial account reports
- Prepare presentations to prospects and customers
- Train staff on banking products
- Build strong relationships within the community
- Research and explore opportunities to build a network of referrals locally (Rotary/Schools/Civic Organizations/Chamber of Commerce/City Government/Senior Centers, etc.)
- Work with Bank Consultant to assist in establishing programs, goals, expectations of results
- Attend loan and deposit department meetings to engage in discussions whereby customers may need assistance, products, or services
- Actively participate in community events and activities

Job Summary
This position is responsible for performing all phases of the bank's compliance program, including planning, scoping, testing, documenting, and reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform all phases of bank compliance program, including planning, scoping, testing, documenting, and reporting. Ensure adherence with laws and regulatory standards
- Work with department managers to make improvements to systems in order to correct possible violations
- Effectively communicate findings and recommendations with department managers
- Research and monitor federal and state banking laws and regulations as well as regulatory best practices
- Track and distribute calendars of upcoming, policy, plan, and procedure reviews. Ensure reviews and updates are completed in a timely manner and reported to the Board of Directors
- Provide requested materials for external audit and regulatory examinations
- Conduct internal compliance training as needed
- File required compliance reports with regulatory agencies
- Review loan files for accuracy and completeness
- Review advertisements and new products to ensure compliance
- Supervise the bank's record retention and disposal program
- Perform other related duties as assigned
